GENERAL RULES

  • I will NOT be drawing anything that includes hate speech, malice towards someone, offensive content, underaged characters in explicit situations. I will also not be working with anyone who uses AI of any form.

  • You must be 18 and over to request a commission

  • Please read the TOS before you fill out a form!

PAYMENT

  • payments will be done through PAYPAL only.

  • USD ONLY

  • Please fill out your contact info in the form provided so that I can send you my paypal username OR an invoice.

  • For commissions over $100, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance will be due once the full piece is completed and delivered. commissions under $100, full payment is due in advance.

REFUNDS

  • Partial refunds will be provided if the artist has already started and finished half the artwork.

  • Full refunds will be provided only if the artist has NOT started the artwork yet.

  • Refunds after the artwork has been completed and given to the client will NOT be processed as the artwork has been completed.

  • Clients are welcome to request revisions after a sketch WIP is provided.Two revisions are included at no additional cost.

  • Revisions requested after the completion of the final artwork will be subject to an additional fee. (+5$)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery of the completed artwork may take anywhere from one week to one month, depending on my current workload and the complexity of the project.

  • A rush fee may apply depending on the turn around required (+25%)

USEAGE

  • Personal use of the artwork is permitted.The artwork may not be used to promote malice, hate speech, or violence. The client may not claim the artwork as their own. Proper credit must be given to the artist when using the finished piece. Commercial use will include additional fee. The client may NOT run finished pieces through AI. Any use of AI is strictly forbidden.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND PERMISSION.

  • I, as the artist, retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.

  • I, as the artist, must be credited if the artwork is used publicly.

  • I, as the artist, DO NOT own property of the subjects that I draw (Your characters, OCs, ect.)

  • The customer may NOT USE THE FINISHED ARTWORK FOR NFTS.

  • The customer may NOT CLAIM THE ART AS THEIR OWN AND RESELL IT AS SUCH.

  • The customer may NOT USE THE ART TO GENERATE AI IMAGES.

Please note that commerical price is already included with the models.
The model will come with 2 free expressions.
Depending on the design, the time that will take to complete a model will be around 1-3 months.Please provide your character reference sheets and toggles you specifically want.
